My current projects

As a freelance artist, I contemplate intoxication, aesthetic escapism, and modern rituals in what I call “contemporary cave paintings”. In addition to paintings, I work with live performances that leave the familiar framework of contextualization.

I founded the Sweetspot Studio, a brand building and design studio in Hamburg, to help entrepreneurs, brand-owners and artists find their sweet spot. I offer workshops, coaching and strategic consulting, as well as implementation in design, storytelling and media products.

CREAtive Consultant
As a creative director and brand consultant, I specialize in brand positioning and strategic storytelling. I help companies, start-ups, and personal brands find their voice, position themselves uniquely, create the right content and formats, and market themselves successfully.
I draw on over ten years of experience in the marketing and media industry. After studying media design and innovation management, I worked in creative agencies and as a freelance creative director, co-founded several companies, and now run my own studio. For my clients, I am a muse & a business partner.

Art collective
Maison Douce is the art collective of Lotte Hauss and Marc Suess. Together they explore the transformative power of ritual through immersive performances, artworks, set design, music videos, and brand collaborations. From unlocking the unconscious to creating stunning visual experiences, the collective pushes the boundaries of art and culture, inviting audiences to delve into the unknown with their artistic interventions.
Astrology Gin
Höhere Mächte (German for „Higher Spirits“) is the world’s first astrology gin, created together with the DMI Distillery and my art collective Maison Douce. Using seasonal ingredients and botanicals that match the temperament of each zodiac sign, we created 12 unique gins. The sweet spot of „Höhere Mächte“ is to create special moments with friends and loved ones. Therefore, we have developed special rituals and curated playlists for each gin experience. The labels are based on artworks, combining artistic craftsmanship and the latest AI technology.

The Mothership is perhaps the most inspiring location in Hamburg! It houses the Sweetspot design studio and gallery of the Hamburg art collective Maison Douce. The spacious loft area and lounge are used for monthly art workshops, openings, and events, and can also be rented as a studio and event location.
